We didn't start out trying to build an automation company.
Brightloom was built after years of seeing businesses lose opportunities because of broken processes, slow follow-ups, and disconnected systems. Today, we help companies build intelligent systems that work without constant manual effort.
The story behind Brightloom
Riddhi was closing deals for a fast-growing services business and kept hitting the same wall: the deals weren't lost to competitors, they were lost to time. A lead would come in on a Friday evening, sit untouched over the weekend, and by Monday they'd already signed with someone who responded faster.
Bharat was on the other side — building automation and AI systems for clients with the exact same issue. A CRM nobody opened. A WhatsApp inbox three days behind. A spreadsheet that was the 'real' system because the actual CRM had been abandoned.
When we compared notes, the pattern was obvious: almost nobody's growth problem was a 'work harder' problem. It was a 'nobody designed a system for this' problem. Brightloom exists to be that system — built once, running long after the conversation that started it.
Business Growth Challenges
Seeing businesses lose deals to slow follow-ups and broken processes — the same problem across industries.
Automation Discovery
Realizing the issue wasn't effort — it was the absence of systems designed to handle the work automatically.
Systems Thinking
Building the framework: intelligent automation that runs without manual intervention, designed to scale.
Brightloom Founded
Combining business growth expertise with AI engineering to create systems that work without you.
Built by the people who felt the problem first.

Riddhi
Business & Growth
Years in business development taught her one thing: deals die in the follow-up gap. She insists every system we build gets judged by one metric — did it move the deal forward?

Bharat
AI & Technology
Background in automation, AI, and systems architecture. The win condition isn't 'it works in testing' — it's 'it still works in six months when nobody's watching.'
To help growing businesses access operational infrastructure without increasing headcount.
To make automation a default part of how modern businesses operate.
What guides our work
If we can't explain it, we haven't finished it.
Every system has to be explainable in plain language. Black boxes don't get shipped, no matter how clever the engineering underneath.
We measure outcomes, not deliverables.
A finished automation that nobody uses is a failed project — regardless of how technically sound it is.
Built to outlast the contract.
We design every system assuming we won't be in the room to maintain it forever. That changes how carefully you build.
We say the less profitable thing when it's true.
Sometimes the right answer is the simpler build. We'd rather be trusted long-term than maximize one invoice.
Questions about us.
Everything you need to know about working with Brightloom.
Real estate, education, professional services, and coaching businesses make up most of our client base — but the underlying problems show up everywhere, so we work across industries.
Yes. Every build includes a support window post-launch, and ongoing maintenance plans are available for systems that need active monitoring.
By the same metrics you already care about — leads followed up, hours saved, response time, conversion rate. Not by how sophisticated the system looks.
n8n, Make, LangChain, and LangGraph for automation and AI agents; HubSpot, Zoho, and GoHighLevel for CRM; React, Next.js, and Node.js for custom development.
Yes — our systems are deployable anywhere, and several active clients are based outside India.
Most projects move from first call to live system in 2–6 weeks, depending on how many tools we're connecting and how custom the logic needs to be.
Let's build the system your business has been missing.
Most businesses don't need more effort. They need better systems.
